By accessing or using FFTech's services, including the Exam Portal, Consistency Tracker, and other tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
FFTech provides the following services:
- Exam Portal: A platform for creating, administering, and taking assessments for hiring purposes.
- Interview Scheduling: Integration with Google Calendar to schedule interviews between interviewers and candidates.
- Consistency Tracker: A productivity tool for tracking daily habits and project progress.
- Portfolio & Blog: A professional portfolio and blog platform.
3. User Accounts
- You must sign in using a valid Google account to access authenticated features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Exam Portal Rules
For Candidates:
- You must complete exams honestly and independently.
- Cheating, including but not limited to using unauthorized resources, switching tabs excessively, or sharing exam content, is prohibited.
- Exam integrity signals (tab switches, copy/paste events, fullscreen exits) are monitored and reported to interviewers.
- Retake requests are at the discretion of the interviewer.
For Interviewers:
- You are responsible for the content of exams you create.
- You must handle candidate data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- Communication with candidates through the platform (emails, interview invitations) must be professional and appropriate.
5. Google Calendar Integration
When using the interview scheduling feature, you grant us permission to:
- Read your calendar's free/busy information to display available time slots.
- Create calendar events with Google Meet links on your behalf.
- Send calendar invitations to interview candidates.
You may revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking permissions will disable the scheduling feature.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by FFTech and are protected by intellectual property laws. Exam content created by interviewers remains their intellectual property.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FFTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
9. Email Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive email communications related to your account and activities, including:
- Exam result notifications
- Interview invitations and calendar invites
- Application status updates
- Retake approvals and notifications
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
